THE REWARD OF UNITY 🤝

We have a glorious testimony to share with you! At this year’s Southwest Believer’s Convention (Kenneth Copeland Ministries annual Ft. Worth conference) God answered a 25-year prayer request when Bill Gaither and the Gaither Vocal Band led the Friday night praise and worship service (Watch the powerful service-CLICK HERE) We saw streams of ministry come together that have been two of the strongest influences in Mylon’s life. One stream, our father in faith Kenneth Copeland, and the other is Mylon’s Southern Gospel heritage with Bill and Gloria Gaither at the helm. Mylon has been a part of countless Gospel singing concerts through the years but the anointing this evening was special because of the atmosphere of faith prepared by a week of powerful preaching of the Word. Oooooh buddy, did God show up! The blessing of The Lord and the life of God filled the convention center. Brother Copeland prophesied that he saw angels joining in with us in praise. Confirming that “God inhabits the praises of His people.”

We’ll never forget when Bill came down off the stage to lay his hand on Mylon and minister to him his most beloved song, Because He Lives. The Gaithers and the Le Fevres have been family friends over 55 years. We HONOR Bill and Gloria Gaither as people of integrity.

Afterwards, as we thought about this extraordinary evening, we were overwhelmed with gratitude for the presence of the Lord that ministered so beautifully. It was obvious He was pleased. Why did He show up so mightily? What was so unique about this event? The Holy Spirit immediately reminded us this holy outcome was the fulfillment of Psalms 133.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in UNITY! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing— Life forevermore.” Psalms 133:1-3 NKJV

When the body of Christ comes together in unity, THERE THE LORD COMMANDS THE BLESSING EVEN LIFE FOREVERMORE. Just like a General in the Army who commands his troops, when the Lord commands the blessing, it’s guaranteed—we get slam-dunk blessed! When He commands life, the literal Hebrew means, He commands that we “remain alive, be revived from sickness and even death.”  If you need healing in your body, it’s a good time to choose to stay in unity with your brothers and sisters in Christ. Even if we don’t agree on theology we can always agree on this: JESUS IS LORD.

“For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. But now indeed there are many members, yet ONE BODY.” I Corinthians 12:12, 20 NKJV

Jesus prayed in John 17:23 NLT, “I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.” In the body of Christ we’re called to be one. When the world around us sees our love for one another it draws them to Jesus. Unity is a part of our witness to the world. Jesus is coming soon and there is a final outpouring of His Spirit that will take place in the earth to give everyone one last chance to receive Him before the rapture of the church takes place. Let’s do our part and join together as one!

This month as you sow your precious seed, be encouraged that God is ready to command a BLESSING over your seed sown by faith in love. We give because we love God and we love people. This is how we accomplish unity in the body. Now, it’s time to get happy because you’re about to get slam-dunk blessed!
