WELL DONE MY LOVE ❤️
Dear Team Mylon,
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” II Timothy 4:7 NKJV
On September 8, 2023, my beloved stepped into heaven. Today, October 6, would have been Mylon’s 79thbirthday. In one of our heart-to-heart talks, I entered covenant with him before God that I would not draw back. The ministry and his vision will continue because in his words, “Jesus is coming soon, and we need to take a whole buncha people with us to heaven!” In upcoming months, I’ll be sharing with you how Mylon Le Fevre Ministries will continue to answer the call in telling the world how good God is and how much He loves them.
We celebrated Mylon’s legendary life at our home church, Eagle Mountain International Church (CLICK HERE). I filmed a video tribute (CLICK HERE) for the memorial service and thought this month I would share a few of those touching words with you about my husband, mentor and best friend.
When we were dating, I told Mylon how I prayed I would not have a “9 to 5” life. Boy, did God answer that prayer! So many adventures with Mylon: Thousands of miles on Harley rides, scuba diving, snow skiing, snowmobiles…he was fearless!
But of ALL the adventures we had, our happy place and absolute favorite thing to do in the world was preach the Word together. Mylon was a visionary. He was anointed to pave the way and do what hadn’t been done before. When we started in ministry together years ago, it wasn’t the norm for a husband and wife to travel together. But from the beginning, he was adamant that we were a team, insisting that I speak everywhere we ministered, especially in churches where they weren’t sure about women ministers. Well…2 million miles and thousands of services later, because of his unconventional decision, praise God, I was there to hear every one of his sermons.
Then came the idea for a daily digital devotional we called Church on the Run, filmed all over the country on our Harley rides. Again, a concept that hadn’t been done before that thrilled him to tackle. These steps of faith culminated in the fulfillment of his dream to have his own TV broadcast through the generosity of Brother and Sister Copeland and the Victory Channel. On the Road to Freedom was his great delight and joy, once again choosing the uncommon path by filming outdoors on location. With God as our set designer, he loved finding the most beautiful spots to film, quoting Psalms 34:8, “Oh, taste and SEE that the Lord is good and blessed is the man who trusts in Him.” Mylon instructed me to continue the show and our call to TV ministry. Please agree with me for the plan of God moving forward.
We celebrated 25 years of marriage in April of this year. Except for one night apart for me to attend a women’s conference, we were together every single day and night for 25 years. Brother Copeland told me recently, “You had more time together in 25 years than most couples have in 50!” We enjoyed to the fullest God’s precious gift that Mylon affectionately called, Holy Matrimony.
Every decision Mylon made; he considered me. Even though a decision might initially frustrate me, I would always find out later what he did was for my good – just like God.
Mylon loved me—perfectly.
He was my strong man of God, fearless leader, compassionate confidant, biggest cheerleader and even fashion critic. I knew when I was with him, I was safe. I am a daughter of God first but after that I was Mylon’s wife. Being Mrs. Mylon Le Fevre was an assignment from heaven. For God to trust me with Mylon for 25 years has been my highest honor and privilege. He was my heart, and we were ONE. In our last moments together, I whispered in his ear, “I love you, Mylon.” I held him close, and he crossed over.
Thank you, Jesus, that he went from my embrace into yours.
Thank you honey, for making all my dreams come true. You fought the good fight. You finished your race. You kept the faith.
Well done my love. Well Done.
P.S. Mylon was a wise man and made sure we had months of NEW broadcasts filmed in advance in the most beautiful locations in the world. Please understand these were the messages he wanted you to hear before his departure. That’s how important you were to him.
Thank you for your faithful giving that will help us finish editing all these anointed shows and carry Mylon’s vision forward to continue to see people set free by The Truth of God’s Word.
Be encouraged by Mylon’s example: He fought the good fight. He finished his race. And until his final moment on this earth, he kept the faith. Mylon is not in our past. He’s in our future. Until we see him again, remember—
He stayed on the road to freedom all the way to heaven and now he is eternally FREE!
